Learn About Your Nervous System: How and Why Do I React This Way?

Are you interested in becoming less reactive and more proactive?

You will learn and practice how to calm heightened, negative emotional states such as anger, frustration, stress, anxiety and panic and fear. With simple tools, you will develop the skills to train your nervous system to naturally release emotion and calmly respond to situations, people and events with more ease, control, presence and power.

When we feel threatened or unsafe, we react defensively. Some people act out and some people shut down. You will learn to identify and direct your energy and responses differently. Instead of lashing out, you can begin to take care of yourself and that will positively impact those around you. Gaining control of your emotional responses will have a powerful impact on your physical and emotional well-being. It will also enable you to communicate more effectively.

During sessions, I will be working with aspects of you that have unconsciously learned to react in certain ways. This is not a one and done process.
