Are you interested in becoming less reactive and more connected in your relationship?

I provide a safe space for you and your partner to examine and explore difficult issues in a calm way. Together, we will identify and map the reactive patterns that are getting in the way of mutual understanding, intimacy, appreciation and connection.

You will learn and practice how to calm heightened, negative emotional states such as anger, frustration, stress, anxiety and reactivity. With simple tools, you will develop the skills to train your nervous system to naturally release emotion and calmly respond to your partner with compassion, understanding and support.

When we feel threatened or unsafe, we react defensively. Some people act out and some people shut down. You will learn to identify and direct your energy and responses differently. Instead of lashing out, you can begin to take care of yourself and that will positively impact those around you. Gaining control of your emotional responses will have a powerful impact on your physical and emotional well-being. We will examine the beliefs and stories that are informing your reactions to your partner.
